This app lets you look up house prices for all the postcodes and boroughs in England and Wales, and then rates the area on a scale that evaluates the good, the bad and the ugly of the housing market.

Postcode Envy lets you look up the house prices for the postcode youre currently in, a postcode of your choosing, or a random postcode, just for fun. All the postcodes you look up can be displayed on a map so you can see how the areas compare. You can also look up house prices by borough. Curious to know how the places you visit stack up?
